Nestled in the valley amidst the ranges of BRT Hills, this 120 acres property boasts of green tranquil surroundings tucked away far from the chaos & pollution of city life. This is a story of one man called Gautam Kadam, director of Tranquil Timberlands Pvt Ltd, the company that promotes timber plantations. These plantations are the result of several years of experiments with a particular type of tree called the Melia Dubia, while his prime objective was to preserve the environment by saving the forest’s flora & fauna and to offset carbon emissions by reforestation through his timber projects.

Each room consists of a king size bed and can comfortably accommodate two adults. The interiors have been carefully done to retain the rustic look of the outside and provide the basic comforts that a tired body would look for at the end of the day. |
